A human‑rights NGO amplifying Cuban civil‑society voices through advocacy campaigns, expert testimony, and diaspora coalitions. We architected and managed their entire technology stack—from on‑premise servers and secure networking to cloud‑hosted websites, MDM phone provisioning, cybersecurity hardening, email systems, radio‑show streaming, and their e‑commerce platform.

A rapid‑response campaign of Cuba Decide that spotlights individual rights‑abuse cases in Cuba through multimedia storytelling. We developed its responsive WordPress site with multilingual support and automated content‑deployment pipelines.
Paths Towards Change
A Cuba Decide initiative that convenes policy forums and civic‑engagement events—most notably the October 2019 Freedom Tower gathering with OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro. We customized the campaign website with event‑module plug‑ins and produced the live forum—handling AV logistics, livestreaming, and on‑site technical coordination.
